Once accepted into the program, you receive a temporary assignment to a Farm Credit association office within our eight-state region. In this position, you gain hands-on experience as a credit or financial services representative while preparing for a future association assignment. Your training includes decision-making responsibilities, customer contact and marketing challenges. We try to accommodate your preference of training
location, but you must be willing to relocate, if necessary,
for both training and career-path positions. (Some recent college graduates
are hired directly by an association, when a position is available.) |
